LINKING

Linking biodiversity, networks, ecosystems, and people: theory and experiments

The LINKING research team aims to lay the foundations of an integrative biodiversity science able to meet the great challenges of the current global biodiversity crisis. It focuses on establishing the links and feedbacks between biodiversity changes, species interactions, ecosystem functioning, and human activities. It adopts an integrative perspective that combines the development of new theory and predictive models coupled with experiments and observations across different spatio-temporal scales and levels of biological organisation.
