SETE has installed a Magnetic Resonance Imaging platform for the in vivo phenotypic characterization of small animals.

This platform is part of the AnaEE France equipment and services.

The technical characters of the device include:

• Magnet 4.7 Tesla → high resolution images
• Spectroscope (SMR) → dosage and composition of metabolites
• Resonators: 38 x 110 mm in use
• 2 in-test resonators tested
• 2 resonators in development
